At Finesse Montreal, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Returns: Request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personal care items (undergarments, shapewear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits), and clearance/final sale items.
Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping (costs vary by region).
Refunds: Issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial refund / store credit option: Keep your item and still receive compensation to save time, cost, and reduce environmental impact.
Damaged or defective items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Delivered but not received: If tracking shows delivered, please contact the courier directly first.

Before You Order – Sizing & Expectations
We highly recommend consulting our Size Guide prior to ordering. If you’re unsure about your size, please contact us — our customer service team is always happy to assist.
Please note that slight variations of 1–3 cm (+/–) in measurements can occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
How to Start a Return

Email support@finesse-montreal.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a brief reason, and clear photos.
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
After approval, securely package the item(s). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost packages.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable; applicable customs fees may be deducted.
Partial Refund & Store Credit Option
To promote sustainability, Finesse Montreal offers a partial refund or store credit if your item doesn’t meet expectations (e.g., fit or style), especially for international orders.
Keep your item and still receive partial compensation — saving both return costs and environmental impact.
Mention your preference in your return request email, and our team will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After review, we may offer a:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Not As Described Claims
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or size (up to 3 cm) are not considered defects.
If your item differs significantly from its description, please email support@finesse-montreal.ca with photos.
Return shipping is not covered unless the claim is approved.
Confirmed manufacturing defects will be resolved with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Delivered but Not Received Claims
If tracking shows your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it:

Contact the courier immediately.

Obtain a claim or reference number.

Check with neighbors or household members.

File a police report if theft is suspected.
We will assist as best we can, but without an official courier claim, our ability to resolve such cases is limited.
Refunds or reshipments are not provided for packages marked as delivered unless the courier confirms responsibility.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If a chargeback is filed, we provide the issuing bank with all relevant documentation, including this policy, order details, and communication records.
