Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable, so please use a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Returned items will be inspected. You will be notified once your refund is approved or declined.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing
It may take up to 15 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
